Many of you of heard of these deliscious 3 ingredient muffins. These have been a fall/winter staple in all of our house's for the past 3 years and they will continue to be! They are so easy and a healthier treat option (even your husband will like them)! If you haven't tried them yet, then we definitely recommend you bake them this season!
· 1 Box Spiced Cake Mix (you can also use Yellow Cake Mix)
· 1 package of Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
· 1 Can (12 ounces) Pure Pumpkin
Preheat Oven to 350* add the cake mix into your mixing bowl. Add the pure pumpkin and mix until cake mix is smooth. Add the chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly. Spoon into greased or lined muffin tins and bake for 12-15 minutes or until completely cooked. Remove from tins and let cool completely.
You can always add to the recipe if you want i.e.: nutmeg or pumpkin spice, cinnamon chips, or even walnuts!
