5 Exercises For Toned Arms


I LOVE toned arms!  Currently, I am 33 weeks pregnant, so my arms are not as toned as I would like them to be; but pregnant or not, these are my 5 go to arm exercises!  You can do this routine in the comfort of your own home or at the gym; and won’t take longer then 20 minutes!  I recommend doing this workout 2-3 times a week. 



Arm Circuit: 3 Sets of 12-16 reps. (5-8 pound dumbbells)



1.   Single Arm Bicep Curl

   
  2. Overhead Tricep Extension 
  

3.  Dips (body weight) 

4.  Up right Rows




       







    
   5.  Push Ups (body weight)

    1. Just do as must as you can, and each time you do the workout try to add a little more! Before you know it you'll be able to get through the entire workout and then some!!
