5 Exercises For Toned Legs



Who doesn't want toned legs?  Swimsuit season will be here before we know it, so why not get a head start!  As you may have noticed by my previous post "5 Exercises For Toned Arms", I like my workouts to be simple BUT effective! Here are my top 5 go to leg exercises! I recommend doing this circuit 2-3 times a week.  

Leg Circuit: 3 Sets, 16 Reps (each leg) using body weight or 8-12 pound dumbbells.

1. Lunges

2. Squats

3. Side Lunges

4. Plie Squat

5. Leg Raises
