Flourless Banana Pancakes!

HAPPY NATIONAL PANCAKE DAY!!


In honor of National Pancake Day I thought I'd share this yummy and healthy pancake recipe! I was looking for a pancake alternative instead of using pre packaged mixes, when I came across these flourless banana pancakes! They are healthy, easy, and best of all my daughter and hubby loved them too!! 

Ingredients:
  • 1 Banana 
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal 
  • 1/4 Cup Applesauce 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 
-Blend oats in blender, food processor or magic bullet.  
-Add all other ingredients 
-Mix until blended
-Cook on buttered pan
-Top with syrup, peanut butter, or berries 
      *makes approx. 5 pancakes
