Hidden Veggie Pizza Rolls


I'm always worried that my daughter isn't eating enough veggies, so I've decided to start making "veggie hidden dishes"! These hidden veggie pizza rolls are so yummy and easy to make!

Ingredients:
  • Squash
  • Zucchini 
  • Tomatoes
  • Spinach 
  • Carrots
  • Red bell pepper
  • 1 can of premade pizza dough
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
Cut up your veggies until you have about 2 cups total and steam veggies until tender. Next, put steamed veggies in a food processor with about 1/2 jar of marinara sauce and puree (add marinara to taste). Then, roll your premade dough out and spread sauce over it leaving a 1/2 boarder around edges. Sprinkle with Cheese. Roll the dough into one big roll then cut into about 8-12 rolls. Place in greased muffin tin and cook at 375* for 12-15 min.
