In a search to switch up my home workouts, I decided to take it outside! It was such a nice change of pace and felt great to be outside! Below is my latest backyard workout…let me know if you get a chance to try it!
Complete each exercise before moving onto the next exercise, at the end of the circuit rest for one minute then repeat (3 Sets Total).
- 12 Pushups
- Walking Lunges -12 each leg
- 12 Dips
- 12 Squats with Alternating leg kicks
- Plank - 45 Seconds
- High Knees - 45 seconds
- 12 Wide Leg Squats
- Donkey Kicks - 12 each leg
- Jumping Jacks - 45 Seconds (not pictured)
- Each exercise pictured below
Dips (get creative... you can use a chair, bench, fence, step...)
Squat with alternating leg kicks
Wide Leg Squats (weight optional)
If you can't go outside, then this workout could easily be done in your living room or even at the gym! I loved this workout and I hope you will too!! Modify this to fit your fitness needs, you can always do less reps to make it a little easier, or add more sets to add difficulty! What do you do to switch up your workouts?
