Banana Coffee Shake
Wake up with this HEALTHY yummy banana coffee shake! Breakfast and coffee in one? YES PLEASE!
Ingredients (makes approx. 2 cups)
3/4 cup fresh brewed coffee, cooled
1 medium banana
1-2 tablespoon honey
2 ice cubes
1 cup yogurt (I used Vanilla)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 splenda or stevia packet (optional)
Cool coffee and sliced banana by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Combine the coffee, banana, ice and honey to taste in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the yogurt and any of the remaining ingredients you wish to use and blend.
Transfer to the glasses and serve cold.
