Banana Coffee Shake

Wake up with this HEALTHY yummy banana coffee shake!  Breakfast and coffee in one? YES PLEASE!

Ingredients (makes approx. 2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup fresh brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey 
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt (I used Vanilla)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 splenda or stevia packet (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cool coffee and sliced banana by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes. 
  2. Combine the coffee, banana, ice and honey to taste in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the yogurt and any of the remaining ingredients you wish to use and blend.
  4. Transfer to the glasses and serve cold.
