Banana Crunch Bowl

As we welcome Fall, this Banana Crunch Bowl makes for one yummy breakfast! It is healthy, crunchy, delicious, and only 245 calories (more nutrition facts below).  Such a nice option for those of us who are tired of oatmeal or cereal! You could also make a mini version of this for a healthy snack/treat too…yes it's that good!!

Ingredients: 
1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1 banana sliced
1tsp cinnamon
1tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 tbsp granola
245Calories.  Fat: 9.8g  Carbs: 37g  Protein: 4.6g  Fiber: 5g

Directions: Add the first four ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds.  Sprinkle coconut and granola on top. ENJOY!
