Healthy Flourless Chocolate Muffins

These muffins are vegan and gluten free! They are also healthy, delicious, and so easy to make. My 1.5 year old and I enjoy them as an afternoon snack or as dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 2 very ripe bananas 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup coco powder 
  • chocolate chips (optional)
Directions 
Add all ingredients to food processor and mix until well blended (you might have to scrap the sides and mix a little more). Next add batter to a lined cupcake pan and cook for 15 min at 350*.
