Juicing

I can't express how much I love juicing!! Juicing has so many benefits… for example juicing is a great way to absorb immune boosting nutrients that are naturally found in fruits and veggies. (which we could all use right now in the middle of flu/cold season!)  I feel ten times more energized and better through out the day and it helps control my cravings for junk food.  I used to have digestion issues and since I have been juicing I honestly feel so much better! Thanks to my sister Kelly I have been juicing the following:
  • 1 hand full of spinach 
  • Parsley 
  • Kale
  • 1 celery stalk 
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 beet
  • Turmeric 
  • 2 Big carrots 
  • 1/2 Lemon 
  • 1 apple
I usually juice in that order. Make sure to wash everything before juicing and use certified organic fruits and veggies.  Let me know what your favorite juices are!
