Leg Day

Hi guys! I wanted to share a leg workout I did Sunday. I'm still sore today, so I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did. Pregnancy really took my booty away (not that I really had one before but still) so I'm really focusing on toning my thighs and butt! Also noting that I am not a trainer just a fitness lover :).


Do 4  sets of 12 (12 each leg)
  • bench plie squats
  • bench split cardio
  • forward lunges
  • jump squats
  • weighted bridge
  • donkey kicks
